Dream

Lost and alone, 

Can't find a way home.

Scared and Afraid,

Wishing the noises would fade.

Turnin' round and round,

No place safe to be found.

Running. 

Shouting.

Screaming.

Crying.

Can't get away,

Darkness just stays.

Plead and shout,

No way out.

Trying to fight,

Desperate for light.

Suddenly you're near,

There's nothing to fear.

Night becomes day,

The fear melts away.
